Tobey Island Bridge
The stringers, deck, and steel travel beams on this 180' association bridge were worn out. We rebuilt the bridge from the pilings up. Maintained current pilings, replaced beams, stringers, decking, and handrails.

North Falmouth Association Pier
The large rocks under this association pier were hitting and damaging the pilings. We used the excavator to move the rocks and replaced the piles, stringers, and decking.

Quissett Stone Seawall
Private property had a failing riprap wall, damaged stone wall, and crumbling concrete walkway. Grade and water access were two major challenges. After installing a temporary access road, we rebuilt the riprap section of seawall, a new cut stone seawall, and a new concrete ramp to the dock.
Menauhant Stone Breakwater Repair
Beach renourishment and repairs to stone breakwater in East Falmouth.
Central Ave Sheet Pile Retaining Wall Construction
Added vinyl bulkhead and retaining wall, as well as raised elevation for coastal property in East Falmouth.
Falmouth Harbor Bulkhead Construction
This private property presented complexities including environmental concerns, sitework, depth of water, and partial re-use of existing construction. After working with the Falmouth Conservation Commission, we built a new composite sheathing bulkhead, constructed a waterfront walkway using Ipe decking, and installed a new lower waler, while keeping some of the existing seawall infrastructure.
